1 · The $100 booking deposit
Paid only after you approve the written quote. It secures your chef and date. Free reschedule up to 72 hours before the party; inside 72 hours it is applied to a future date.
2 · Reschedule and weather
The chef cooks outdoors on a flat, ventilated spot. A covered patio or open garage counts as a rain plan. If conditions are not safe, we reschedule at no charge.
3 · Menu and allergens
Tell us about allergies, gluten-free, vegan or no-shellfish when you request a date; the menu is adjusted.
4 · Travel fee and tables
Travel fee is confirmed for your address before you pay. Tables and chairs package: $10 per guest in California, $15 per guest in Texas.
5 · Large parties
30 or more guests: two chefs and grills at the regular rate. 60 or more guests: buffet-style from $45 per adult, the full show without games. Guest counts are total guests, adults and kids.
6 · Venue & safety
A flat, ventilated outdoor spot about 6 × 4 ft, and the owner's or host's permission to cook there. Chefs are fully insured.
