Texas already knows how to gather around fire — we just trade the smoker for a teppanyaki grill. Monster Hibachi cooks at homes across Houston, Dallas, Austin and beyond: a private chef, an onion volcano, and a backyard full of people who can't believe this happened at home.
Every guest gets a side salad, fried rice, grilled vegetables and two proteins cooked fresh in front of you — chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops or tofu, with filet mignon and lobster tail upgrades. $60 per person, kids half price, ten-guest minimum.
